Rates and Fees
I am not an in-network provider for any insurance plans, but if you have a PPO or another plan that allows you to select an out-of-network provider, you may be eligible for reimbursement.
I provide a Superbill for each paid session monthly, which you can submit to your insurance company in order to receive reimbursement that is paid directly to you.

Policies do vary, and it is recommended you check with your insurance company to determine the extent of your out-of-network mental health (or “behavioral health”) benefits, including your annual deductible, the number of sessions covered per calendar year, and whether your sessions need to be pre-authorized.

My fees are:

$250 for a first time evaluation
$200 for 45/50 minute individual session
$175 per consultation report
$175 for school/PPT meeting

Please contact me via phone or email to discuss if you are interested
in learning more.

Payment is due at the time of your session.

Notice: Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)
Effective January 1, 2022, -requires mental health practitioners to provide a "Good Faith Estimate" (GFE) to patients who do not have insurance or patients who have insurance but are out-of-network.
The No Surprises Act was designed to protect consumers from receiving unexpected medical bills. The Good Faith Estimate provision of the No Surprises Act is designed to give consumers predictability in how much they will be charged for the healthcare services they will be receiving, prior to their appointment. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the estimated cost of your care.

What to Expect:
-
Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your scheduled medical service.
-
You can also request a Good Faith Estimate at any time, even before you book an appointment.
-
If your final bill is $400 or more above the Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
-
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
